STORY DEVELOPMENT: Animatic for short film called “Mister Fonia,” a mob movie-influenced comedy. The name “Mister Fonia” is a reference to “misophonia,” which is an extreme aversion to a particular sound or sounds. I wrote the script, storyboarded, and wrote the shot list.
SHORT FILM that I wrote, directed, shot, and edited. Tools used: Sony a7iii mirrorless camera body, Sony wide angle prime lens, iPhone 13 Pro for opening shot only, stabilized with Ronin Gimbal, edited with Adobe Premiere.

AUDIO: I recorded dialogue with separate, individual microphones. I recorded environmental ambience and foley separately (gum chewing, footfalls, rustlings noises, etc.). Background birdsong and the splash came from Freesound.org. I selected and edited in two songs licensed by Dewolfe (details in credits). Edited with Premiere.
PRODUCTION: This is the shot list I used during production of Scene 1, with notes on what aspects got changed.
